A: Calisthenics HSPU

B: Pyramid (1-1/2-2/3-3/4-4/5-5/4-4/3-3/2-2/1-1) (4-0-2 System)
     Ring Dips - Pull Ups

C: Team WOD
     Amrap 7 min
     P1: Unbroken DU
     P2: Unbroken Box Jump
     When the player breaks DU then the other player changes the exercise.

     Rest 2 min
     Amrap 7 min
     P1 and P2 have to perfom 60 Barbell Jumping Squat
     In the remaining time perform as many as possible
     TTB/KTE.
     Both players hang on the bar all the time. If someone falls 10 Burpees Penalty.
